Ingredients
- 2 oz white rum
- ¾ oz fresh lime juice
- ½ oz simple syrup
- 6-8 mint leaves
- Soda water
- Mint sprig for garnish
Instructions
- Gently muddle mint leaves with simple syrup in a highball glass
- Add lime juice and rum
- Fill glass with crushed ice
- Top with soda water and stir gently
- Garnish with a mint sprig
