Frequently Asked Questions

Shipping times do not include our processing and dispatch period. We typically process orders on the same business day (Monday–Friday), although processing can extend to 3–5 days during busy sales periods. Please note that orders are not processed on weekends or Australian public holidays. Once dispatched, your order will arrive within 6-15 days according to the chosen shipping option.

If you change your mind or order the wrong items, you can return them within 14 days for store credit. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not offer refunds, only store credit for returned items.

Once your package has been dispatched, it is not possible to change the shipping address. However, if you contact us immediately using our contact form, we will do our best to update your details before shipment. Please ensure your information is accurate when placing your order.

You can track your order by entering your tracking number on our dedicated tracking page. This page provides real-time updates on your shipment’s progress, so you always know where your package is. Please allow a little time for the tracking details to update once your order has been dispatched.

If you realize you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately using our contact form. Once the package is dispatched, we are unable to change the shipping address. We will do our best to update your details before shipment if possible.

We currently operate only within Australia and New Zealand. However, if you are located outside of Australia, please contact us via our contact form, and we will try to find a solution to ship our products to you. Please note that international shipping may require additional arrangements or fees.

We always aim to consolidate your order into one package whenever possible. However, sometimes items are stocked at different locations around Australia to ensure faster processing and dispatch. This may result in multiple packages arriving separately, but rest assured that each shipment is on its way to you as quickly as possible. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
