Ingredients
- 1½ oz Irish whiskey
- 4 oz hot, strong coffee
- 2 tsp brown sugar
- Lightly whipped heavy cream
Instructions
- Warm a glass mug with hot water, then empty
- Add brown sugar and coffee, stir until dissolved
- Add Irish whiskey and stir
- Gently float cream on top by pouring over the back of a spoon
- Do not stir after adding cream
