Eggnog

Ingredients

  • 2 oz bourbon or rum
  • 4 oz prepared eggnog (store-bought or homemade*)
  • Grated nutmeg for garnish

*Homemade eggnog: 4 egg yolks, ⅓ cup sugar, 2 cups milk, 1 cup heavy cream, ½ tsp nutmeg, ¼ tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Fill a rocks glass with ice (optional)
  2. Add bourbon or rum
  3. Pour in eggnog
  4. Stir gently to combine
  5. Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg
